I absolutely loved the hotel's location directly on the sea of Marmara with plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a bit challenging to reach at first, being on the 24th floor of a separate building from the reception. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, located in the smaller building on the twelfth floor. While the rooms could do with some renovation, overall, it was a cozy experience. The service was extremely polite, especially in the fitness center, and the staff were so nice. However, the location felt like an afterthought and wasn't very welcoming, being quite far from malls and town centers.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the amenities of a four-star hotel, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the Expo. The service was respectful and attentive to my needs, making me feel well taken care of. The location, while convenient for the Tüyap fair, was a bit distant from the city center, limiting easy access to other attractions. The dining experience was a mix of high and low points, with a good variety of main courses but at a slightly expensive price during exhibition time.

Staying in the smaller building on the twelfth floor, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, as a smoker, it was inconvenient as there were no designated smoking areas. The service was well-organized, English-friendly, and pleasant, although the front desk staff during breakfast time were a little rude. The location was ideal for the furniture expo but changing frequently without notice. The dining experience could have been better in terms of variety and quality. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some ups and downs.
